Simply associations is a web based business suite consists of several components or services designed to communicate and effectively enhance your relationship with your membership. It gives your members added value, and the ability to control their own data, updates, Live links etc.
1) Web Portal
The dashboard is your interface within the software, which enables you to manage the web site content - you can display static and display dynamic content from the following onboard modules.
-Events
-Membership (directories)
-Photo gallery
-Documents
There are permission levels that will allow members to have greater access to sign up for events, update member profiles and pay on line access.
The system offers Multi language support and photos optimizer (automatically size to eliminate sizing and formatting errors for various functions and image galleries)
2) Member Directory
The member directory will display your members (organizations and or individual listing). Each member will have a complete business profile, which may or may not contain text, links, which may or may not be displayed on your web site. You control what appears.
Members may login to a “secure” area to update their profile and interact with any of your services offering now or added in the future.
3. Membership Registration & Renewal
Register for “New” membership on line. Also membership renewal is automatic – send out notifications before the due dates –and afterwards if required. Members login and pay online with paypal or (options your bank)
4) Events Manager
Association and Member events can be displayed and managed in calendar format or a list view all from within your web site. The Association Events can also be tied into pay pal (or optional payment module) for on line payments for event registration etc. This makes it very simple to collect for dues, tournaments, dinners, speaking engagements etc.
5) Display classifieds
Association and Member products can be displayed on your web site using I frames powered by the New Equipment Search Platform.
When members take a package powered by us their listings will be offered via a classified forum within the association website if desired. This means you can bring a tremendous value to members giving them ability to showcase their wares to the local association’s members all from within the software application.
6) Communication Module
Send broadcast email to all members or opt in/out sign ups from your website. You can of course also create your own lists that are for specific requirements. You can easily create your own template designs right in the system and then send the emails.
7) Display Add Banners
Display and manage ad banners on your web site. (NOTE: This requires some customization based on ad type, location and rotation of the ads) This is a great way to bring up revenue within the associations. Members can opt to purchase display ads within the site.
8) Print Media
Use your member database to prepare customized print files in PDF format or xls. With all of the data easily exported you can prepare members directories for mailings, presentation materials and of course a print form member’s directory. This can be exported and sent directly to a printer.
9) Photo Gallery Display photos from events – auto resized for ease of use. Using the photo gallery you can link to specific events or post all within a gallery. Many associations wish to feature one event at a time. Others wish to post them all on a single page for everyone to review and enjoy. Having this option makes it easy for whoever is controlling the system to quickly upload to the system. The rest is automatic. Great feature and saves time.
10) Document management
Document control manager can be set to pre-established permission levels to share non-public documents with select groups (committee embers or other organizations). With this feature you can prepare ahead, control who see what, not to mention share files and information to a specific group. There are countless ways that this feature will make document control simplified.
